About this blanket
At nine feet by ten, this is a lot of blanket. There is room for a family, or for one person with all of their things arranged around them. The polyester fabric is soft against the skin and does not hold onto sand. A quick shake or brush sends the sand off, and because the fabric is water-repellent and odorless, it does not need to be dried out before it goes back in the bag.
The blanket stays put through four corner pockets. Fill them with sand and the blanket resists a breeze that will take an unanchored one. When you are done, it folds into the compact mesh carry bag, and at just over two pounds it is easy to slip into a tote. It works on grass, at festivals, on the sidelines of a game, or as a backdrop for photos. Sunlit made it for days when the ground is not the point.
