This shelf is the rest of what we make. The stool that needed a cushion: sets of two, twelve or fourteen inches across, three inches thick, with an elasticised edge and a machine-washable cover. The kitchen floor, padded by non-slip mats that hold their place. The ceramic pumpkins and ghosts that come out in October, three to a set, with a battery tea light behind each one. Small hygiene items too, for the moments that call for them.
